Delivery Terms

For all orders: All our quotations are ex-warehouse Istanbul deliveries. We ship our products worldwide. Shipping, customs clearance, formalities, agency fees, etc. will be calculated and charged depending on the final delivery destination.

If our products have any defects: We manufacture each product and provide warranty coverage. We replace products in case of defects or damage. Delivery costs and related expenses are not covered under warranty.

We aim to build long-term relationships. Our standard practice is as follows:

• 50% with Purchase Order / Proforma Invoice

• 50% immediately before delivery or upon delivery of consumables
  For larger orders, payment terms will be mutually agreed.
